Q: How often do the shuttles run?

A: The shuttles run continuously between our facility and the cruise terminals, typically every 10-15 minutes

Q: How many miles is your facility from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals?

A: We are located 2.7 miles from the Cruise Terminals at Port Canaveral.

Q: When do the shuttles start transporting to and from the cruise terminals?

A: The shuttles run as soon as the ships begin disembarking. The shuttles to the cruise terminals begin as soon as disembarkation is finished.

Q: Do we keep our keys?

A: You park your car yourself and keep your keys and lock your car while you are on your cruise.

Q: What security do you have at your facility

A: Our lot is completely fenced and locked after hours. It is well lit and we have security cameras recording all activity 24 hours/day.

Q: Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?

A: No, there are no hidden fees or surcharges. We collect 6% Florida State Sales Tax. There are never any online booking fees, and the shuttle to/from the port is FREE.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash and most major credit cards.

Q: When do we pay for parking?

A: You pay for parking when you arrive. We currently do not accept prepayment for parking
